What we have learned using LibQUAL+® . . .

The Library has conducted LibQUAL+® four times:  2005, 2008, 2011 and 2014

In 2005, we executed the LibQUAL+® survey and then followed up on these survey results with focus groups around specific issues.  A full report was made that included 12 recommendations for action.  The actions resulting from the 12 recommendations were reported as the 2005 Report Card in anticipation of the 2008 survey run.

In 2008, the LibQUAL+® results were again analyzed and specific attention paid to those questions corresponding to the issues identified from the 2005 survey.  The Library was pleased to note that the actions we took as a result of the 2005 survey results were positively received by the respondents in 2008.

Unfortunately, circumstances did not permit any specific action to be taken on the results of 2008 or those of 2011.  These data will be completely analyzed and reported in conjunction with 2014 survey results.
